Ms. Goswami is an experienced labor and employment

law specifically in the areas of civil rights and liberty violations,
discrimination (race, age, gender, national origin and pregnancy),
hostile work environment, retaliation, and adverse employment actions
pursuant to Title VII, Section 1981, ADA, FMLA, and state law employment
