Daryle Jordan, a nationally recognized small business advocate, heads Patrick Henry’s Small Business and Government Contracts practice. His experiences and achievements include:
Daryle has significant experience regarding federal procurement matters, including contract formation, administration, fraud, ethics/compliance, suspension and debarment issues, as well as strategic relationships, including teaming agreements, joint ventures, and mentor-protégé relationships. In addition, Daryle represents and counsels a number of companies regarding general corporate, mergers-acquisitions, intellectual property, and employment law matters. Daryle formerly was associated with two national law firms headquartered in Washington, D.C. – Shaw Pittman and McKenna & Cuneo. Daryle is a former officer and lawyer of the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where, as a member of the 24th Infantry Division (Mechanized), he deployed and participated in military operations during Desert Shield/Storm. Daryle earned his B.S. degree in Finance, Highest Honors, from Hampton University, where he attended on academic and R.O.T.C. scholarships. Daryle was one of ten U.S. Army officers selected competitively to participate in the Army’s fully funded law school scholarship program. Daryle attended Georgetown University Law Center where he merited selection to the Dean’s List and was awarded his J.D. degree. |
