Mayo is Of Counsel in our firm. He is admitted to practice in Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the District of Columbia, and New Jersey. Mayo graduated from the University of Virginia with a double major and received BA degrees in political science and economics. Mayo received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law. After graduation, he has served as a clerk in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, where he gained substantial criminal law experience by preparing and arguing cases in all aspects of preliminary hearings and misdemeanor trials. In the years since, Mayo also began handling a variety of family and employment based immigration applications, including representing a client in removal proceedings.
